Log into your Allure Beauty Box account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
